You’ll work alongside senior litigators and experienced estate lawyers on a broad and interesting mix of contentious estate matters, with a growing level of autonomy and increasing responsibility as you develop. You’ll manage a range of matters including: Family provision claims and will disputes Contested probate and administration issues Executor and trustee conflicts Breach of fiduciary duty and trust disputes Appearances in the Supreme Court, District Court, and SAT The firm encourages cross-practice collaboration, providing you with exposure to Wills & Estates planning, commercial disputes and broader litigation matters—helping broaden your skillset as you grow.
